4. Rooms and Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within your rooms, including chore lists, points systems, and any other data.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You are solely responsible for all content that you post or that is posted under your account, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

5. Room Management

Room creators are responsible for managing their rooms, including inviting and removing members, setting rules, and moderating content.

We reserve the right to monitor rooms for compliance with these Terms, but we have no obligation to do so.

We may remove or disable access to any room that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.

6. Points and Leaderboards

The points system and leaderboards are for entertainment purposes only and have no monetary value.

We reserve the right to adjust points, reset leaderboards, or modify the points system at any time without notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Choreboard, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Governing Law
